FEP from August 18 to 21 under the slogan "Movement"

28. Festival of ecological theater for children and young people in Bačka Palanka, under the slogan "Movement" will be held from August 18 to 21.

Under the slogan "Movement", this year's edition FEP- and brings the audience closer to some of the most important topics of today. Topics that concern our local environment, but also the whole world. Putting the movement in focus draws attention to the importance of accepting other, different people and cultures.

Through four main themes: refugee crisis, environmental crisis, travel and movement, will even introduce themselves 10 troupe from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Denmark, Slovenia and Austria with the most diverse forms of theater.

In the competitive selection 28. of FEP plays will be played:

  6. BAJA BUF - VRUM performing arts collective, Vienna, Austria and Špancirfest / Park kreative, Zagreb, Croatia
  7. AND CYRANO AND THE GIRL - co-production of the Theatre Poco Loco, Zagreb, Croatia and
    Croatian National Theater Ivana pl. Zajca, Rijeka, Croatia
  8. WILD EATER - National Theater Toša Jovanović, Zrenjanin, Serbia

These are selected performances from more than 50 submitted from around the world.

In addition to children, the young audience will also have the opportunity to expand their horizons through accompanying content such as TRIBUNE about the movement of children in migrations, wars and other crisis situations or a film screening "connecting the dots" on the mental health of young people.

At the same time, this year almost all ages will be able to participate in more than 10 creative-educational workshops on the topics of ecology, theater, non-verbal communication, light pollution, climate change, as well as scenography and costume design.

Traditionally, the evening hours of the Festival will be complemented by good music from local performers and guests from all over Serbia.
