In addition to the part of Euro Velo 6, the network of pan-European bicycle paths, which passes through the municipality of Backa Palanka, which is marked and mapped, in our municipality, local bicycle paths have been identified and traced.

For the needs of the EU project "Improvement of the international bicycle route Danube", which was jointly implemented by the Vukovar-Srijem County and the Municipality of Backa Palanka during 2011 and 2012, 12 new local bicycle paths were traced. They are mapped but not marked. Members of the project team who worked on the implementation of the project for the Municipality of Backa Palanka together with the cycling expert Mr. Jovan Eraković, identified 12 new trails. These trails are mapped and described in the brochure "Bicycle routes through Južnobački okrug", as well as on the 5 Welcome boards for cyclists in Južnobački okrug, which are set up in Bačka Palanka, Bač and Novi Sad.
