The traditional manifestation "Danube Day" was held on Tuesday, June 29, on the City Beach in Backa Palanka under the auspices of the municipality of Backa Palanka. The organizer of the event is the Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Bačka Palanka and ULS "Petar Tomić", and the friends of the event are the National Library Veljko Petrović and the Literary Club "Dis".
The event gathers a large number of children of different ages, so this year various activities were organized for them: sand games, face painting, writing poems about the Danube, painting and releasing paper boats across the river. Gifts and refreshments were provided for all our participants. those most valuable and beautiful rewards.
